Is the leak by the NSA a move to limit access to the internet. If you move all users to the Tor network, so they can a free internet but you control the main proxy software doesn't that allow you to control where they can / can't browse. I know what Tor is an I know that there are still proxies to route to other Tor users etc to get the free internet. I just want to ask the question and make other think about how this is not such a good thing. We need Tor alternatives.
