Sir you are being charged with aggressive driving

So in NJ you can be charged with aggressive driving. How is that defined. You pulled into another lane. You waved your hand up in the air while talking to another person. What is aggressive and how do you define it.

If you cannot define something it should never be an offence. It is too easy for the police to abuse. And for those who want to say they would never do that. Please look around you. The police would never shoot a man for resisting arrest while they have him pinned to the floor with by 5 people (Portland OR).
